HELP on using the Poolspredict!In this section we will aim to help you use the Poolspredict website by answering Frequently Asked Questions. If you have a question feel free to email greg@poolspredict.com Q: Why are some of the Poolspredict emails not being received?A: Sometimes the Poolspredict emails are stopped by SPAM filters. In this instance its likely our e-mail address isnt being recognised by the recipients inbox, so to start receiving our e-mails, youll need to add us to your list of contacts. You should also check your junk folder and add us to your contacts. Q: What happens if Ive forgotten my Password?A: Simple Just click on Forgot your login details? link on the homepage, below the login section and then enter your email address. Well send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Q: How to Play the Game!A: Predict the results for this weeks fixtures. For each fixture, predict if it will end in a Home Win; Draw or Away Win! Q: When I win how do I receive my money?After the end of each "Game" we will spend 24 hours collating, checking and then entering results into our system. Any winners will be notified via email. Shortly after this your PoolsPredict account will be credited. You can then use this to play again or you can withdraw the money back onto the SAME debit or credit card from which you deposited it. HELP getting your Club or Charity set up on Poolspredict and maximising revenue!This section aims to help clubs or charities get set-up on PP and thus start their Fund-Raising Journey. If you have any questions or need more help email greg@poolspredict.com Fliers & Posters for your club!Should you wish to have some fliers printed for your followers then please click here to download it. You can also use this artwork for Posters or for inserts in programmes or magazines which you may produce. Social Networking!Encourage your followers to link in and follow either our Twitter updates or our Facebook page. You can find links to these at the bottom of our website! This way they will get our updates around Jackpots and winners. Whilst we do try to encourage players we do limit our messages to only 1 or 2 per day so you don't get overloaded. Club Champion!A great way to encourage followers to play the game is he appointment of a Club Champion. Make someone in your club responsible for promoting the game and reminding people to play on a regular basis. Also when someone in your club wins make it his job to communicate this to your followers to underline the personal benefits of using Poolspredict. Encourage Friends & Family to play!By using our INVITE tool followers can encourage Friends and Family to play Poolspredict whilst supporting your club or charity at the same time. This scalability can be a great source of extra fund-raising. Have a target!Challenge your followers to help raise a set amount of money. Keep them informed on a regular basis on how you are doing. This should help concentrate efforts towards hitting that target. |

Should you have any more questions email greg@poolspredict.com Q: At present we run a manual game and we 'ring-fence' the money so we are acting within the law?A: In our opinion you are not acting within the law unless you have a Gaming License. Enquires should be made direct to the Gaming Commission for your own clarification! http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/ Q: At present we only allow over 18's to play! How do you ensure the same?A:We run all our payments through a company called Payment Trust - this company is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland and cross-refernces all players payments to ensure they are over 18. However, the law states that for this type of game players have to be 16 or over so we still have some degree of latitude on this! Q: We run the system manually what benefits does your system have over this?A:Obviously because our system has been built by a company specialising in this type of software we now have a product that is specifically designed to handle this game. Our system operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per week. Our system is never ill, never goes on holiday, and never looses money. It never get bored collecting the money and always has time to work out the results. Q: Why don't you run games across the whole football pyramid?A. At present we are concentrating on the games which have the broadest possible appeal on a International & National basis. We feel this is the best way to maximize the size of the Prize pot. Q: We already use our Website to generate income - how will Poolspredict affect this?A: We aim to compliment not hinder your current fundraising activity. Q: We need to broaden our current fundraising to a wider audience - can you help?A: One of the big USP's of Poolspredict is its scaleability. If each of your club members can invite a few friends to play Poolspredict and support YOUR CLUB FC at the same time then you will see massive growth in overall fundraising. There will soon be an "Invite a friend" option similar to that used on Facebook and other social networking sites. If each member were to invite 5 friends to play and support the club then the world really is your Oyster.
